Smith & Coleman Construction worked alongside Elliott Group as Main Contractor and Millimetre as Interior Designer to deliver a highend fit-out within the prestigious Spencer Place development. The project required close coordination to achieve seamless detailing and premium finishes within an occupied commercial setting.

Scope of Works

The works included demolition and strip-out, followed by alterations to existing structures and installation of new partitions and ceilings. S&C carried out all joinery and fitted furniture, floor finishes, and LED lighting and signage, while also managing the M&E installations to ensure full functionality and compliance. The result was a modern, high-spec interior delivered to exacting client standards.
