Smith & Coleman Construction acted as Main Contractor, working with Linesight on the delivery of a full restaurant fit-out within Liffey Valley Shopping Centre. The project was completed under a fast-track programme in a live retail environment.

Scope of Works

Works included demolition and alterations, installation of new partitions and ceilings, bespoke joinery and fitted furniture, and floor finishes throughout. S&C also carried out LED lighting and signage, full M&E installations, and fitted a new industrial kitchen, followed by painting and decorating to create a vibrant, highquality dining space.
