Smith & Coleman Construction worked alongside Elliott Group as Main Contractor and Michael Fitzpatrick Architects to complete extensive alteration and fit-out works at the Hubble Building in Rathmines. The project delivered a modernised office environment with high-quality finishes and improved accessibility.

Scope of Works

The works included alterations, installation of new partitions, raised access floors, ceilings, joinery, and glazed partitions, along with stairs, kitchen, tiling, painting, sanitary installations, and floor finishes. External elements comprised foul and storm drainage, landscaping, paving, tarmac, access ramps, handrails, and a new
porch, resulting in a complete internal and external upgrade.
