Smith & Coleman Construction acted as Main Contractor, working with architect Barry Reynolds to deliver a full interior fitout for Ellab’s new facility at Whitegate Cross. The project involved detailed coordination of mechanical, electrical, and architectural elements to create a functional and high-spec commercial environment.
Scope of Works
The works included alterations, installation of new partitions, raised access floors, ceilings, joinery, glazed partitions, stairs, kitchen, tiling, painting, sanitary installations, and floor finishes. External works comprised foul and storm drainage, landscaping, paving, tarmac, access ramps, handrails, and a porch, delivering acomplete turnkey finish.
