Smith & Coleman Construction completed the internal refurbishment and fit‑out of three apartments and associated landlord areas within 22 Wicklow Street, a historic early 20th‑century commercial and residential building in Dublin 2. Works were coordinated to deliver modern, high‑quality living spaces while sensitively upgrading the internal environment to current standards.

Scope of Works

Full internal soft strip and removal of existing finishes; structural alterations; installation of acoustic and fire‑rated floor systems; reconfigured layouts with new partitions and doors; complete MEP installations; bespoke kitchen and bathroom fit‑outs; new floor finishes, bespoke joinery, and high‑quality decoration.
