Smith & Coleman Construction collaborated with Total Fitout as Main Contractor and Linesight for project management and cost control to deliver the latest Mad Egg restaurant in Dundrum. The project was completed within a fast-track four-week programme inside the busy shopping centre.

Scope of Works

The works included strip-out and alterations, installation of new partitions, full M&E works, bespoke joinery, tiling, outdoor seating area, and detailed decor and furniture installation, producing a vibrant and functional dining space consistent with the Mad Egg brand.
