Smith & Coleman Construction collaborated with SEM Construction and architect Bernard Dinsmore to complete the internal fit-out of the new Magheracloone Community Centre. The project provided high-quality community facilities designed for flexibility and long-term public use.

Scope of Works

The works involved a full internal fit-out, including partitioning, ceilings, joinery, finishes, and associated services, delivered to a high standard to meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of the new community hub.
