Smith & Coleman Construction collaborated with Linham Construction and architect Paula Sereda to deliver refurbishment works within the active Fingal Civic Offices. The project required careful coordination and sequencing to minimise disruption to the live workplace environment.
Scope of Works
The scope included demolition and alterations, installation of new partitions and ceilings, bespoke joinery and fitted furniture, and high-quality floor finishes. S&C also carried out LED lighting and signage, comprehensive M&E works, and painting and decorating, completing the refurbishment to a high standard of finish.
